We have started building a new batch of 8 iStill Fermenters for a Chinese customer. Each iFermenter has a net capacity of 5,000 liters or 1,320 gallons, and is equipped with:
- SG Control;
- pH Control;
- Temp Control;
- Direct cooler;
- Indirect heater;
- Jet Propulsion Agitator System (J-PAS);
- Automated programs for up to 40 different fermentation protocols;
- Easy Discharge Station.
