Contract Distilling by iStill!

At iStill we do not just design, build, and sell next generation distillery equipment. We train you in how to use the iStills at the iStill University (more on that in about a week from now!) and we help many of our customers with recipe development. We now add a new service to our portfolio: Contract Distilling!

Contract Distilling

We now have an iStill 100, an iStill 500, and an iStill 2000 available for Contract Distilling. As well as a 25 liter and 550 liter Extractor.

Contract Distilling is where you hire our distillery to make your drinks. The advantages? You can start distilling without heavily investing in your own distilling equipment. It helps bring initial investments down while making your costs variable, so dependent on your desired production / batch size. Also, you can hire our consultants and thus integrate product development, contract distilling, with the proper run procedures.

We also offer Contract Barreling and Aging, where you can use the magnificent iStill Barrels to age your drinks in. In our warehouses!

Since our distillery and warehouses are based near Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, these new services of Contract Distilling, and Contract Barreling and Aging are – at this moment – limited to Europe.

Hiring the distillery costs EUR 1.000,- per day. Distillery supervision will only be delegated to persons who have successfully followed our 4 day Certified Advanced Distilling Training.

You can also hire in supervision (and product development and run procedure support) for an additional EUR 800,- per day. In that case one of our staff supervises the run, and helps with dialing in the right run procedures and more.

The purchase and filling of our 225 liter barrels costs EUR 500,- a piece. Warehouse storage is EUR 100,- per barrel per year.
