Coming Saturday, April 23rd, I give the Single Malt Whisky Workshop at the Amsterdam iStill Center. We will be talking about how to mash, ferment, distill and age single malt whisky. And we will actually be milling, mashing, fermenting and distilling ourselves, in order to learn first hand how the Scots make there great product!
The Single Malt Whisky Workshop starts at 9 am and – depending on how many drinks we want to taste and on how long cleaning up the distillery will take – will probably finish at around 5 to 6 pm.
