GIN – Genever In Netherlands!

When the Dutch invented Genever, neutral alcohol hadn’t been invented yet. As a result, Dutch Gin, or Genever, starts with a “maltwine”, a white whiskey. Where gin is a neutral or vodka redistilled with herbs, genever is whiskey redistilled with herbs. And because the alcohol has a distinct grain taste, Genever is a product you can barrel age.
